Chief Creative Officer (CCO) - Wellness Brand NYC - Full-time 350K-500k + bonus & incentives.
Our client is a leading company in the wellness industry, dedicated to promoting holistic health and wellbeing through innovative products, services, and experiences. As the Chief Creative Officer, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our brand’s creative vision across all platforms. You will play a pivotal role in defining and maintaining our brand identity, ensuring it resonates with our target audience and reflects our core values of wellness, authenticity, and innovation.
Creative Vision and Strategy: Develop and articulate a clear creative vision that aligns with overall strategic goals. Lead the creative team (50 people) in translating this vision into compelling campaigns, products, and experiences.
Brand Identity: Oversee the development and evolution of their brand identity, ensuring consistency and relevance in all creative outputs. Maintain brand integrity across marketing materials, packaging, digital platforms, and physical spaces.
Product Innovation: Collaborate closely with product development teams to conceptualize and bring to life innovative wellness products that meet market needs and exceed consumer expectations.
Drive the creation of engaging and informative content that educates and inspires our audience.
Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a multidisciplinary team of creatives, including designers, copywriters, and marketers. Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence within the team.
Market Trends and Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities. Use this knowledge to anticipate opportunities and challenges, guiding strategic decisions.
Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and cultivate partnerships and collaborations that align with [Wellness Brand]’s values and enhance our brand’s visibility and credibility in the wellness space.
Requirements:
Proven experience (20+ years) in a senior creative role, ideally within the wellness, health, or lifestyle industries.
Strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns, product launches, and brand developments.
Deep understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and brand management.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Creative thinker with a passion for wellness and a commitment to driving positive change.
