Senior Vice President - Corporate Communications - 350K + Incentives

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications to lead our clients strategic communication efforts and shape the external and internal narrative of their organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies that promote and protect the company's brand, values, and reputation. They will also play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the media, investors, employees, and the broader community.
Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate communication strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Serve as the company's primary spokesperson and effectively communicate key messages to external audiences, including media, investors, and industry stakeholders.
Oversee the creation of compelling content for various communication channels, including press releases, corporate announcements, speeches, and digital media platforms.
Proactively manage and mitigate potential communication risks and crises that may impact the company's reputation, working closely with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective responses.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts and industry influencers to enhance the company's visibility and thought leadership in the market.
Provide strategic guidance and support to executive leadership on communication-related matters, including reputation management, crisis communication, and public relations.
Monitor and analyze industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for enhancing the company's communication strategies and tactics.
A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in corporate communications, or public Relations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies in a complex and fast-paced corporate environment.
Strong understanding of media relations, crisis management, and stakeholder engagement.
Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and critically to drive innovative communication initiatives.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience working in a global or multinational organization is preferred.
Knowledge of digital communication platforms and emerging communication trends is highly desirable.
