We’re looking for an experienced STRATEGIC communications professional with expertise in consumer marketing, internal communications and public relations across paid, earned and owned media to lead, create and manage complex communications campaigns for clients that can include Fortune 500 companies, health care systems, academic institutions and non-profit organizations. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in creating powerful brand messaging and assets, breakthrough digital and social media campaigns (including content development), as well as experiential marketing and events. A relationship builder who is high energy, proactive, collaborative, resourceful and action oriented. Also, a strong project manager and creative problem solver. Retail or Retail adjacent Industries is highly desirable.

As part of our team, you’ll be a strategic thinker who rolls up

your sleeves and – Handles. It. Always. You’ll know how to tell a story – the

right story – across multiple channels. You’ll be comfortable working

independently or as part of a team in an undefined environment across multiple

projects, navigating many levels of seniority and functions, and taking

initiative… lots of initiative. This position can be based anywhere in the U.S.

as you’ll lead projects/workstreams for key clients representing multiple

industries. And you’ll be joining a mighty crew that works hard and plays hard.

The successful candidate will be approachable and have an

entrepreneurial spirit and a proven track record of leading client

projects/workstreams, building relationships and providing counsel, managing

' At least 7 years of In-House experience. Agency mix is ok, but

individual must have worked client side.

· 10 plus years of internal communications, public relations, or

marketing experience; consulting or agency experience a plus

· Experience managing digital marketing strategies and tactics

across multiple social platforms
