We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Strategy MENA to lead our strategic planning efforts and drive the agency's growth through creative and effective strategies.
Strategic Leadership: Provide visionary leadership in developing, implementing, and overseeing the agency's overall strategic direction.
Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to develop effective advertising strategies.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, consumer insights, and emerging opportunities that inform the agency's strategic recommendations.
Campaign Planning: Lead the development of comprehensive advertising and marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry best practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, account management, and other teams to integrate strategic insights into campaign development and execution.
Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness, providing insights for continuous improvement.
New Business Development: Drive new business opportunities by identifying potential clients, participating in pitches, and showcasing the agency's strategic capabilities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
