Our client is a dynamic and innovative communications agency that specializes in delivering cutting-edge solutions to our clients. We are seeking a visionary leader to join their team as the Chief Digital Innovation Officer (CDIO). This is a key executive role that will drive digital transformation and innovation within their agency. Understand on implementing AI into the overal agency's fabric. An individual that is business savvy and can run a large team as the agency morphs forward with all the new technology's available, but also is client facing, and knows how to manage teams.

 

As the CDIO, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the digital innovation strategy of our communications agency. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by identifying and implementing transformative technologies and strategies that enhance our communication capabilities.

 

Digital Strategy Development:

Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with the agency's business objectives.

Identify opportunities for innovation and growth through the integration of digital technologies.

Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to enhance communication services and client experiences.

Lead the implementation of digital tools and platforms to optimize internal processes and client deliverables.

Foster collaboration between digital, creative, and client service teams to ensure a seamless integration of digital solutions into communication campaigns.

Establish and manage strategic partnerships with technology providers and industry leaders.

Drive a culture of innovation within the agency by encouraging creative thinking and experimentation.

Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Performance Measurement:

Regularly assess and report on the impact of digital innovations on business performance.

Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a communications agency or related industry.

Demonstrated success in driving digital transformation initiatives and implementing innovative technologies.

Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into effective digital strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.

In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, communication technologies, and industry best practices.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Digital Media, Business).

Minimum of 20 years of experience in a similar role within the communications or digital marketing industry.
